Explore Disk Drive In Windows - When we intend to display the folder or file is most often done adalak double-click on My Computer icon in Windows XP, which will display all the drives on our hard drive. Hassles that came up was we have to press the icon on the toolbar back or up or up to return to the previous position. This is resolved if we use windows explorer where in the left pane will display the folders and the right pane display the contents of the selected folder.

  1.  Right click on My computer and click explore
  2.  Or it could be done by pressing WindowsKey + E
  3. Or if you want a little trouble:
  4. Right-click on the desktop
  5. Select New | Shortcut.
  6. Type C: \ Windows \ Explorer.exe / n, / e, / select, C: \ in the text box, then click Next.
  7. My Type Explorer and click Finish. Use of the / Select switch with C: \ cause Windows Explorer to open My Computer look like.
