This computer bundle was a great price on black friday, and even for what they are selling now for it. If you don't need a lot out of a computer, it is perfect. :) My parents are completely basic on the computer front and need just microsoft office, and the internet. This is good for that. Shipped in all one box, in a very very timely matter. the box was not damaged at all. the mouse is a little small, compared to the one my parents used to use, but my mom say she likes it. The keyboard is also a compact keyboard (because its a space conserving computer) so theres no space between the letter keys, arrow keys, and number keys, so be prepared for that. or just go get one you prefer. (same with the mouse) the screen is absolutely beautiful!!! Either way this computer is basic, basic, basic. but if that is how you like things, it is perfect and a great price!!!

I bought this on a lightning deal of the day after Thanksgiving this year for $ 329.99 - what a deal with HDMI capability. sure the PC is a bit slow, but it was a gift for our 11 years of residential work and watch Netflix of. I'm in IT, so I knew what I wanted and when I saw the HDMI funcionality, I thought it was a good deal with the 20 "WAS LCD. Well the package arrived three days later (that is super fast ), but to my horror, I opened a VGA LCD screen found (which is basically old technology for those of you who do not know - people still use it, but DVI and HDMI are more of the standards you want the most of your graphics card to get) - I was bummed especially since the PC HDMI out so I jumped online and began chatting with Amazon support was quick and friendly and they said they would send me for as long as my whole setup returned, I sent mine ... and the new arrival (2 days ... quickly) only to find the weather was VGA!! So I start chatting and Amazon, and I agree obviosuly this ad was wrong labled. I was disappointed they would not just send me a comparable HDMI LCD to replace it but they said they could only return.
I did not like that option, and after one hour and half-line I ended up keeping this PC after they gave me $ 100 back. So for $ 229.99 this PC is a decent deal. But for those of you buying it for $ 499.99 ... no way. I asked Amazon to get this down because it's false advertising and they agreed they would, but it's a wee and AD is still the same.
So keep in mind and if you bought the same deal you lightning boxes for Christmas, so you do not end with a VGA LCD screen.
The PC itself is slow, what I expected, and is not a gaming PC, but a good starter school / internet PC for the kids. But this $ 499.99 price is ridiculous!
